Abdominal Acupuncture (AA) Course

3-Day Intensive Training

A Life-Changing Skill. A Skill for Life.

Abdominal Acupuncture (AA) is a gentle yet highly effective acupuncture system, widely valued for its rapid clinical results and simplicity of application.

This specialised method allows practitioners to treat the entire body through a small number of carefully selected abdominal points, making it both efficient and powerful in clinical practice.

Why Learn Abdominal Acupuncture?

  • Gentle and virtually painless – ideal for patients with needle sensitivity or needle phobia

  • Fast-acting – results are often noticeable immediately

  • Highly efficient – treats the whole body using a small number of abdominal points

Often described as the “Thousand-Armed Buddha” technique, Abdominal Acupuncture works through precise, shallow needling on the abdomen, influencing the entire meridian system without penetrating the abdominal cavity.

With approximately 26 commonly used points, this system is significantly quicker to learn than traditional acupuncture methods.

After just three days of intensive training, participants can confidently begin applying the technique in practice.

Conditions You Will Learn to Treat

Participants will gain the skills to treat a variety of common conditions, including:

  • Neck and cervical spine pain

  • Tennis elbow

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

  • Achilles tendonitis

  • Lower back pain

  • Leg pain and mobility issues

Powerful. Gentle. Simple. Profound.

Classical Inspiration

Ancient Chinese medical texts describe acupuncture as:

“The effect of acupuncture is like hot water poured onto snow —
like wind blowing away the clouds, revealing a clear blue sky.”

Ling Shu (The Classic Spiritual Pivot)

Abdominal Acupuncture often produces swift and transformative therapeutic results, reflecting this classical wisdom in modern clinical practice.
